Partner Functions

To assign a partner function to a vendor, follow the steps below. 

  1. Initiator logs in to MDO.  
  2. From the left menu select Vendor. 
  3. From the Vendor List page, search for the desired vendor for which Partner Functions need to be created. 
  4. Click on the three dots to left of that vendor record > Select Change 
  5. From the Vendor Change screen, scroll to the Partner Functionand click on Add Row.  
  6. Enter the relevant details in the Partner Functions pop-up. 
  7. Click Save and Add to enter additional partner functions. 
  8. Once all data is entered, click Save. 
  9. Upon savingthe workflow for partner function is triggered. 
  10. On completion of the workflow, the partner function is assigned to the vendor in MDO and the updated details integrated with SAP.
