The following prerequisites are required for Product Information Management in MDO:

  1. Both the Supplier and Customer should already be registered and connected to each other on MDO as Trading Partners.  
  2. A supplier needs to upload a Catalog of the products or services offered. The Catalog includes all the details related to the products or services such as, Type, Category, Description, etc. Once the Catalog is uploaded, the supplier maintains their Catalog from the ‘My Catalogs’ hyperlink from the Dashboard. Here they can make further changes like updating the image or price for a Product.
