MDO comes fully equipped with a strong integration framework which allows easy integration and data transfer with third party systems such as SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce and other leading ERPs. The Integration Cockpit feature of MDO provides a comprehensive overview of various data transfer scenarios. It has in-depth information about integration logs through dashboards and reports for easy analysis.
To access the Integration Cockpit, go to the Homepage and from the left menu select the following:
Settings > Integration & Jobs > Integration Cockpit
The following features are explained below:

Dashboards: A Quick Overview
By using the Integration Cockpit dashboards users can get a quick overview into the status of their integration (for example, find out the number of records in error/success etc.).
The table below explains the information available in this section.
Tile/Section | Description |
Today | This tile gives users an overview of all the records that have been sent into integration on a particular day and the overall status of integration (Number of records in error and success). |
This Week | This tile gives users an overview of all the records that have been sent into integration for the current week and the overall status of integration (Number of records in error and success).

This Month | This tile gives users an overview of all the records that have been sent into integration for the current month and the overall status of integration (Number of records in error and success).

All | This tile gives users an overview of all records that have been sent into integration and the overall status of integration (Total Number of records in error and success).

Module | Each tile in this section gives users an overview of all errors for a specific module.
The errors are further classified into 2 – This week: This section gives users an overview of all the records in error for a module for the current week. 3 – Today: This section gives users an overview of all the records in error for a module for the current date. |
- Clicking on any the number of error/success on any tile enables users to see the drilldown reports on the records sent for integration. This is displayed in the Integration Log Report.
Time stamped based status tracking.
From the Integration Log Report, detailed time stamped information and status tracking is available. (Refer screenshot below)
From the Integration Log Report, the following fields and options are available:

Reprocess All | Resends all records in ‘Fatal Error’ status to the target system |
Replay All | Resends all records to the target system irrespective of status |
Advance Search | This functionality allows users to define criteria to filter records by. |
Refresh | Refreshes the integration reports list |
Message ID | This column gives the unique id for a record sent for integration |
Requested Time | This column gives users the time stamp of when the record was sent for integration |
Direction | This column shows the direction of the traffic Outbound: – The record/information is sent from MDO to 3rd party system. Inbound: – The record/information is coming from 3rd party system into MDO |
Scenario ID | This column gives users an overview about the integration scenario used for integration |
Status | This column gives users an overview about integration status of the record. |
Module | This column gives users an overview of the module which the record being sent for integration belongs to. |
System ID | This section gives users an overview of the System to where the records are sent to. |
Customer ID | This section gives users an overview of the MDO internal reference number for the record. |
Show | This section allows users to get in-depth information about the integration status for a particular record.
eg : Request sent from MDO to target system and and the response received from the target system. Both Request and Response data can be downloaded in XML format from this section. |
Request and Response XML’s to debug errors
Users have access to Request and Response XML to debug errors. To access this information, from the Integration Log Report select Show (under Details) against the relevant record.
