From this section administrator can create different group of users responsible from each department. These groups can be then assigned to reminder framework to trigger email notification for any specific event or activity.
To configure a new group, please follow below mentioned steps:
- Login to MDO with login credentials
- Click on setting icon located on top right section.
- Click on Advanced
- Click Groups
- Click “Add New Group” button
- Provide “Group name”
- Click “users” button to add users in the group
- Select multiple users to the group and click save.
